Gilbert joined the team at Bretton Woods in early 2018 after spending two years in charge of the kitchen at the IMF HQ2 in downtown Washington DC. Gilbert brings with him over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. A native of Lorraine, France, where Gilbert began his culinary career in an apprenticeship program at the age of 15, after getting his degree in culinary arts, Gilbert spent 5 years working in Corsica and eventually finding his way into some of the best restaurants in Washington, DC. Gilbert enjoys exceeding our members expectations and sharing his passion for food and service with our members and their guests.
