Tarah grew up golfing in Bloomsburg, PA and has lived in the DC Metro since graduating from college in 2006. She currently lives in North Potomac with her 9 year old son, Alex. She transferred to Saint Francis University in PA where she graduated with a BS in Information Systems and Mathematics. While there, she was the Captain of the 2-time NCAA division I championship qualifying women's team. Tarah is a Class A member of the LPGA Teaching & Club Professionals.
