Wild Child Camp

Nationally recognized Bush craft, Primitive Skills, and Wilderness Survival Instructor Jason Drevenak is teaming up with Bretton Woods to offer an awesome summer camp week!

Campers will learn and practice the Fundamental 5: shelter, fire, water and food, navigation, and signaling. An understanding of these 5 topics is essential to being prepared in any wilderness situation.

Campers will watch, learn, and practice skills associated with each of these topics along with fun games and team building exercises. Campers will also have free swim time and use the ropes course.

Lunch will be provided, and bus transportation will be available.

There will also be an optional Thursday overnight where campers can put what they have learned all week to the test for an additional cost.

Mountain Biking Camp

The Mountain Biking Camp at Bretton Woods is specially designed for children aged 9 - 13 years old. This program will help develop beginner, intermediate and advanced mountain biking skills including steering, shifting, hill climbing and descending, trail etiquette, maintenance, safety and more. Campers will ride in the morning, have lunch, then get back on the bikes in the afternoon for more trail exploration.

Campers will be placed in groups of beginners, intermediate and advanced to ensure they are riding with other campers of the same ability level.

Campers will need to bring their own bikes and helmets from home, and we can store them for the week at Bretton Woods.

Other activities the campers will do is free swim once a day in the afternoon at 3pm.

Lunch and snacks are provided.
