Unwind & Uncork

On the second Wednesday of every month, from 6-8pm, come out and enjoy a 60 minute outdoor Hatha flow yoga class. Unwind from your day, stretch, strengthen, and balance your body and catch the sunset, followed by complimentary wine, charcuterie & other tasty treats. Poolside Yoga/Pilates

On select Saturday mornings from 9-10am, venture out to the Bretton Woods pool to be surrounded by calm tranquil water and scenic views, while experiencing the benefits of yoga and pilates poolside. Aerial Yoga

Bring your yoga skills to another level with Bretton Woods Introduction to Aerial Yoga classes! This unique style of yoga uses a hammock to strengthen, support and suspend your body, to soothe sore and tight muscles and minds. Open up energy lines and loosen fascia and connective tissue, while having FUN! Learn how to use the hammock as a prop, explore various basic inversions, and sample a restorative aerial yoga experience.  Class size is intentionally small allowing for personalized attention. Suitable for all levels, ages 15+.  Non-Members welcome. Click here to register.
