Unwind & Uncork

On the second Wednesday of every month, from 6-8pm, come out and enjoy a 60 minute outdoor Hatha flow yoga class. Unwind from your day, stretch, strengthen, and balance your body and catch the sunset, followed by complimentary wine, charcuterie & other tasty treats. Yoga for Golf & Tennis 

Looking to improve your golf or tennis game both physically and mentally like some of the top golf pros? With our new class, Yoga for Golf & Tennis, learn how to use yoga postures and breathing techniques to enhance stamina, increase mobility, improve concentration, and more! These classes will be held in the International Pavilion Fitness Center on Wednesdays from 11:30am - 12:30pmSign up for the 4 week session and receive a discounted price!

Pavilion Yoga

Escape the noise of life and enjoy a peaceful weekend morning with a balancing yoga class overlooking the beautiful Bretton Woods fall landscape! Led by our expert instructor Natasha Romano, expect a personalized yoga experience, designed for YOU! Cultivate an attitude of gratitude this fall for stress management and peaceful living. Open to all levels, including beginners!  This class is now held indoors in the International Pavilion Fitness Center and by zoom (by request).
