Unwind & Uncork
On the second Wednesday of every month, from 6-8pm, come out and enjoy a 60 minute outdoor Hatha flow yoga class. Unwind from your day, stretch, strengthen, and balance your body and catch the sunset, followed by complimentary wine, charcuterie & other tasty treats. Held outdoors on the clubhouse patio, or indoors in the beautiful Potomac Ballroom, this experience is sure to remain interesting and fun! Pavilion Yoga
Escape the noise of life and unplug for an hour with a balancing yoga class overlooking the beautiful Bretton Woods fall landscape! Improve your golf or tennis game with poses that stretch, strengthen, and improve balance. Cultivate an attitude of gratitude this fall for stress management and peaceful living. Open to all levels, including beginners! Weather dependent, this class is held outdoors under the International Pavilion or indoors in the Clubhouse or Pavilion, and by Zoom (by request).

Aerial Yoga
Try out this fun yoga experience that uses a hammock to strengthen, support, and suspend your body. Expect to release tension, increase your flexibility and strength. This is an introduction to Aerial Yoga class - suitable for all levels & ages 8+. Class size is intentionally small allowing for personalized attention - so reserve your spot early!
